Eight bikes and 11 riders met at Perkins Restaurant and left at 9:45 AM on a very hot day to enjoy a ride to resort town of Mont Tremblant, PQ. We travelled through Quebec via scenic roads. We stopped for refreshments and cooled off in air conditioned venues along the way to Mont Tremblant. St. Hubert BBQ was chosen for lunch. After enjoying a good meal, the cool air and great company, we departed for home. A different route was taken which included a stop for ice cream in Cheneville, Quebec. We arrived in Ottawa around 7:00 PM, said our goodbyes and spit up to our respective homes. The total distance for the ride was 350 Kilometers. The highest temperature reached was either 36C (97F) or 40C (104F) depending if you have faith in Japanese or American technology.
